- 1 pack of 560g Darling Fresh Smoke Haus Smoked Pulled Pork
- 12 hard taco shells
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 Oakleaf lettuce, finely sliced
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 100ml sour cream
- 2g Chives, chopped to 1cm sticks
- Follow the Pulled Pork pack instructions to heat.
- Slice and dice the fresh ingredients, preparing in small dishes ready for load-up.
- When hot, mix the Pulled Pork in a bowl ready for serving, serve immediately.
- Let your Hungry Hippo’s load up their own tacos, adding a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle of chives to finish.
