Garlic Bok Choy

Garlic-Bok-Choy

Preparation Time : 10 minutes

Serves : 6

Ingredients :
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 large shallots (minced)
  • 800g bok choy
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
Method :
  1. Add oil to a large wok or a large frypan over a medium-high heat.  
  2. Add garlic and shallots, stirring for 1-2 mins until fragrant. 
  3. Then add in the bok choy, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for 1-2 mins, toss to coat and then cover until cooked.  
  4. Sprinkle with chilli flakes and serve.
