It is best served at room temperature for dishes such as Eggs Benedict and over warm vegetables traditionally asparagus. You donAt need to warm it either leave it out to come to room temperature or just straight from the fridge onto your dish as it will heat with the food naturally.

A dairy free variation on the Pesto Sauce it has similar uses and caters for the lactose intolerant among us. We have added smoked almonds instead of Parmesan cheese and the result is a wonderful fresh pesto with loads of flavour!
