1. Place one cup of frozen McCain Super Juicy Corn Kernels into a microwave safe container.
2. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes stirring only half way through cooking.
3. Season to taste (with pepper).

NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on a 1000W oven. Please adjust accordingly

Stove Top

1. Place one cup of frozen McCain Super Juicy Corn Kernels into a saucepan of boiling water.
2. Return to boil and continue to cook for 3 – 4 minutes or until tender.
3. Drain, season to taste (with pepper).

CAUTION: Vegetables will be very hot. Be careful to avoid steam burns.

Oven

1. Preheat oven and oven tray to 230°C fan forced for 10 minutes.
2. Spread Hash Browns in a single layer on the preheated oven tray and place in the top half of the oven.
3. Bake in oven for 12minutes, until they’re crunchy and golden. No flipping required.
