Flinders Estate has been making Australia's finest cheeses since 1977. Hidden away up along the Shoalhaven coastline, and once explored by English explorer and cartographer Matthew Flinders, Flinders Estate have been producing cheese in traditional cheese making methods and offer a range of hand crafted, smooth, creamy, quality, tasty and award winning cheeses.
Camembert is soft and luscious with earthy notes. The centre is smooth and creamy and the mould is soft and white with mushroomy aroma.
