The Riverina Dairy Greek style Fetta Cheese. brine matured cheese that is white in colour with an open texture. it has a slightly acidic taste and is crumbly in texture and infused with chilli salsa.
Fetta is used commonly as a table cheese, as well as in salads (Greek salad) and pastries.
Store at less than 5°C. Once open consume within 3 days ensuring that remaining product is held within the brine.
