Due to the items we stock being perishable in nature Zone Fresh Gourmet Markets reserves the right to not refund perishable items simply for a customer’s change of mind. This is due to public food and safety regulations.
If a customer is unhappy with the quality of a product purchased (e.g. food is spoiled before the expiry date printed), Zone Fresh Gourmet Markets will provide a full refund up to 48 hours from the purchase date. These items must be returned to the store in their original packaging and accompanied with a receipt of purchase.
For any non-perishable items sold, Zone Fresh Gourmet Markets will happily exchange or refund the customer the full amount paid due to a change of mind or because of poor quality. These items must be returned to the store within 48 hours of purchase in their original packaging and accompanied with a receipt of purchase.
