- How do I order online?
You can simply go to ‘Shop Online’ page on our website and start adding products to the cart and fill your details at the checkout. Alternatively, you can create an online account by clicking ‘Register’ on the top right corner of the website. We recommend creating an account as this will allow you to view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.

- How do I pay?
At the online checkout through secured online payment. You’ll be asked to enter your payment details at the checkout – we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex cards & Paypal.
- Do you deliver to my area / postcode?

- What if you don’t deliver to my area yet?
We are currently delivering to suburbs close by to our store at Windsor. Please send us an email to with your postcode suggestion and we’ll do our best to see if we can add your location to our delivery run.
- What days do you deliver?
Currently we deliver on weekdays (Mon- Fri) to all delivery locations.
- Can I give special instructions for my order?
Yes, definitely! You can add this to ‘Order Notes’ at the checkout when you place your online order.
- Do I need to be home at the time of delivery?
No, you don’t. We can leave your order at a safe place. If you have preferred delivery instructions please mention this under ‘Order Notes’ at the checkout. Although we cannot guarantee delivery within the requested timeframe, we will do our best to meet it.
- How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery fee depends on your order value. Your delivery fee will be automatically calculated at the checkout. You can find information on delivery fees -> HERE
- What is your daily cut off time for delivery?
Cut off time is 12:00 midnight for next day delivery.
