Ingredients :
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 6 ripe red plums, cut into wedges
- ¼ cup shaved Parmesan
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt
Method :
- Combine vinegar, honey and 1 tsp pepper in a medium bowl. Add plums into the dressing and toss until coated. Add ¼ cup Parmesan and toss again to evenly distribute throughout the salad.
- Transfer the plum salad into a shallow bowl. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Top with more shaved Parmesan.
