A creamy mousse made from slightly spicy duck foie gras and flavoured with Jurançon. To taste in mini-bites or on toast: this fine and homogeneous mousse can be easily spread or cut into a medallion. You choose !
For better presentation, open both ends of the box, and push the contents onto a flat plate. Cut into medallions using a knife warmed in hot water. Serve very chilled. Storage: before opening, store in a dry place at room temperature. After opening, keep cool and consume quickly.
