Ingredients :
- ½ avocado
- 1 banana
- 4 mint leaves
- 1 kiwifruit
- 1 ½ cup milk of your choice
- 2 kale leaves, chopped
- ½ cup yoghurt
Method :
- Combine milk, yoghurt, banana, kiwi, avocado, chopped kale leaves, and mint into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Top with honey and mint leaves to serve.
