Ingredients :
- 2 large red apples, cut into wedges
- 2 tsp coconut oil, melted
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Toppings: Yoghurt, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, maple syrup
Method :
- Preheat oven to 175C and line a tray with baking paper.
- Toss the apple wedges in a large bowl with the coconut oil and cinnamon.
- Evenly arrange the apple wedges on the baking tray and bake for 20 mins.
- Once done, remove the apple nachos from the oven, then top with toppings
- Enjoy while still warm!
