With sunflower seeds, slivered almonds and natural yoghurt, this healthy Cherry Bircher is just bliss!
Preparation time : 10 minutes
Serves : 1
Ingredients :
- 1 cup fresh Cherries, pitted & sliced
- 1 cup low-fat natural yoghurt, or Coconut-yo
- 1/4 cup of slivered almonds
- 1 tspn of Sunflower Seeds
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tspn cinnamon
- 1/3 cup saltanas
- 1 cup reduced fat milk/ Oat milk
Method :
- Mix oats, sunflower seeds, sultanas and slivered almonds in a bowl.
- Cover the mixture in milk and soak overnight.
- The next morning, add yoghurt and cherries.
- Sprinkle cinnamon to taste.
