Chia pudding is great for breakfast and can easily be meal prepped, and kept in the fridge – or freezer! – for you to enjoy!
Prep time : 15 minutes + 4 hours set time
Serves : 4
Ingredients :
- 8 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 Cups Milk
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Strawberries
Method :
- Add chia seeds and milk to a large bowl and stir together.
- Let the chia mixture rest for 15 minutes – it will start to thicken – then stir again.
- Once thickened, divide between four glass jars.
- Cover with a lid and store in the fridge for four hours, or overnight before serving. To serve, top with blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries.
Note: These will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
