Ingredients :
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 large shallots (minced)
- 800g bok choy
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
Method :
- Add oil to a large wok or a large frypan over a medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and shallots, stirring for 1-2 mins until fragrant.
- Then add in the bok choy, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for 1-2 mins, toss to coat and then cover until cooked.
- Sprinkle with chilli flakes and serve.
