Ingredients :
- 2 KANZI® apples, cored and roughly chopped
- 2 bananas, frozen and sliced
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1⁄4 tsp nutmeg
- 1⁄2 cup almond milk
- 1⁄2 cup plain unsweetened Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1 cup ice (adjust as necessary)
Method :
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker consistency, add extra ice and/or frozen banana.
- Taste and add maple syrup if desired.
