Ingredients :
- ½ medium cucumber, peeled
- 1 medium pear, cored and chopped
- 1 tbs peanut butter
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 6-7 ice cubes
Method :
- In the order listed, combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Serve with a side of cucumber and enjoy!
