Persimmon Salsa

Preparation Time : 5 minutes

Serves : Makes 2 cups

Ingredients :
  • 3 medium-sized persimmons, peeled, cut into cubes
  • 1 white onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Handful fresh basil, finely chopped
  • Handful fresh mint, finely chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Method :
  1. Mix persimmons, onion, lime juice, basil, and mint in a small bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature before serving.
