Ingredients :
- 3 medium-sized persimmons, peeled, cut into cubes
- 1 white onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Handful fresh basil, finely chopped
- Handful fresh mint, finely chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
Method :
- Mix persimmons, onion, lime juice, basil, and mint in a small bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature before serving.
