Auricchio Provolone Piccante is Italy’s No 1 Provolone. Is available in convenient slices. Made from pasteurized cow’s milk and is produced in the Po valley region. It is moulded by hand, no matter the size shape or form.

Texture: firm and smooth
Colour: Pale yellow
Flavour: Buttery and sharp
Aroma: Pleasant
How to use: Idea for kids lunch, melting and as a cooking ingredient, especially on pizza, melted on meat and chicken dishes, and in sandwich.
Pairings: Olives, red grapes, pears, figs, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, and hearty bread drizzled with olive oil. Also, with full bodied red wines like Langhe Nebbiolo, Chianti or Primitivo.
Benefits: No artificial flavours or colours and is granted DOP designation by the European Union to ensure that cheese is produced under strict supervision using specific methods to guarantee supreme quality.
