| Saracino is a jewel among the Pecorino range. Made with sheep’s milk and its rind is carved in basket-like stripes and produced in the beautiful region of Reggio-Emilia. Type: Semi-soft Aged: 4 weeks Texture: Smooth Colour: pale yellow Flavour: Mild tang, finishing with a very mild milky sweetness. Aroma: Very mild with a pleasant milky, slightly acidic smell. How to use: Grilling, grating, slicing and adding it to grazing platters. Pairings: Appetisers, aperitifs, and with Montalcino red wine.
