Our Natural Lactose Free Yoghurt uses natures lactase enzymes to break down lactose into simpler forms of sugars; glucose and galactose. This process naturally sweetens the milk, reducing the acidic taste of the yoghurt.

  Regretfully, a period of unfavourable weather has resulted in significant milk supply shortages from our farms. In turn, this means some of our products are currently unavailable for a short period of time.

  Over the last 2 months we have experienced a number of record high days in temperature and humidity which dramatically reduces the cow’s milk production, sometimes by more than 30%.
