These are uncooked prawns. They have translucent flesh that changes colour when cooked. Aussie caught King Prawns Green Large are an extremely versatile and highly sort after product. They are best marinated in the shells and cooked as they will hold their flavour better than most other products. They have a nice crisp, clean shell and a moist texture when cooked properly.
