Maleny Cuisine’s Thai Style Salad dressing combines vinegar, with garlic, chilli, lemongrass, sugar and a blend of other herbs and spices. Splash over your favourite salad or combine with poached chicken, avocado and mango for something different.

 Fresh dressings are all free of oil, with the added benefit of being low in sodium and gluten free.
