THIS UNIQUE AND EXQUISITE STOCK IS MADE FROM DINK & GOLD BAN SNAPPER, FISHED OFF THE COAST OF WESTERN AUSTRALIA.
The fish are sustainable harvested from areas including: Exmouth, the Abrolhos Islands and the World Heritage Listed Shark Bay. Line caught & fished within quota regulations, the fish are filleted with the bones slowly simmered with aromatic vegetables & reduced to concentrate the flavour.
