Ingredients :
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 100g dark chocolate
Method :
- Mash together fresh raspberries, chia seeds and maple syrup in a small bowl until well combined. Â
- Separate into bite sized pieces on parchment paper. Then place in the freeze for one hour or overnight. Â
- Once solid, remove from the freezer and coat in melted dark chocolate and freeze for another hour. Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.Â
