Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- Handful each of Blueberries, Raspberries & Blackberries
- 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Maple syrup (optional)
Method :
- Prepare Quinoa according to packet instructions and set aside.
- Scoop desired amount of Quinoa into a bowl. Top with fresh berries, chia seeds and yoghurt. Garnish with Mint and enjoy!
