Breakfast has never been easier or more delicious with these Stuffed Tuna Avocados!

Serves : 4
Ingredients :
- 4 Avocados
- 425g Tuna
- ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Celery Stalks, diced
- 1 Small Red Onion, diced
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Method :
- Add the tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper to a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Slice avocados in half and remove the seed. Add a large spoonful of tuna mix onto each avocado half. Enjoy!
