Prep : 5 minutes
Serves : 2 people
Ingredients :
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 orange (peeled and cut into chunks)
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 carrot
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method :
- Combine all ingredients into a blender, and blitz until smooth. Note: You might like to add some ice in if you’re not using frozen bananas.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy.
