Ingredients :
- 4 Pork Spare Ribs, diced
- 2 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp ABC Sweet Soy Sauce
- 4 Baguettes (or crusty bread rolls)
- Pate
- 2 Carrots, peeled into slices
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 1 Cucumber, peeled into slices
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
- 1 Red Chili, finely chopped
Method :
- In a large bowl combine the soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce and coat the spare ribs.
- Add oil to a large frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork until tender and cooked through.
- Assemble each Bahn Mi with pate, coriander, pork, carrot, cucumber, spring onion, and fresh red chilli.
