Ingredients :
- 2 bananas, halved and frozen
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 60ml fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp finely grated lime zest
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Large handful of spinach leaves
Method :
- Blend all ingredients until smooth, adding ice as needed to reach a consistency to your liking.
- To serve, pour the smoothie into two serving glasses and serve immediately.
