We love cheesecake so much that we had to throw something together for a healthier take for breakfast!

Ingredients :
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- Zest of ½ a lemon
- 1 slice of seeded bread, toasted
- 1 Gold Kiwifruit, sliced
- Raspberries & blueberries
Method :
- In a small bowl, stir together the yoghurt, cream cheese, and lemon zest.
- Spread the yoghurt mixture on the piece of toast and then top with the sliced Gold Kiwifruit and berries.
