Fresh carrot, banana and dates are the key ingredients of our new Carrot Cake Smoothie and they make for a deliciously creamy snack! If you love carrot cake, then you’ll adore this smoothie!

Serves : 2
Ingredients :
- 2 large ripe frozen bananas
- 2 small carrots, chopped
- 2 pitted dates
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 2 pinches ground nutmeg
- 1-2 cups milk
- 2 scoops protein powder (optional)
Method :
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add more milk (or water) if necessary, to encourage blending.
- Serve as is in two serving glasses, or garnish with shredded carrot, shredded coconut, and your favourite nuts or granola.
