Award-winning quality Fetta Cheese, made with fresh quality milk from our own farm just down the road from the cheesemaking facility in Albury, NSW.
The Riverina Dairy Greek style Fetta Cheese, brine matured cheese that is white in colour with an open texture. it has a slightly acidic taste and is crumbly in texture.
Fetta is used commonly as a table cheese, as well as in salads (Greek salad) and pastries.
Store at less than 5°C. Once open consume within 3 days ensuring that remaining product is held within the brine.
