Inspired by Vietnamese cuisine, these instant noodles are the perfect lunch meal prep!
Preparation time : 10 minutes
Serves : 4
Ingredients :
- ½ pack of Vermicelli Rice Noodles
- Carrots, julienned
- Bean Shoots
- Coriander
- Spring Onion, sliced
BROTH :
- 2 tsp Stock
- 1tsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
Method :
- Place all ingredients in a heat-proof glass jar and store in the fridge until ready to eat.
- When ready to eat, add boiling hot water and cover. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Stir really well to make sure all the ingredients have softened and are ready to eat.
